This is a deeply held philosophy of mine that I believe began as a child. My parents, grand parents and four genearations prior have been about growing. Business owners and entrepenuers are so thick in my family tree that my daughter had to be deeply convinced that a business degree made more sense than jumping right into business after high school. She graduated Summa cum laude and joined our family business.
